Dr. Caroline was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. After completing seven years of study at the University of Saskatchewan, she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in May of 1989. Upon graduation, she moved to Red Deer, Alberta, to begin her career in Dentistry. Over the years, she has maintained her practice with honesty and integrity and has been proud to see her family of patients continue to grow. Dr. Caroline considers herself very fortunate to work with such wonderful patients here in Central Alberta who support her and her practice.
Dr. Caroline believes in, and is committed to continuing her education to provide you with the techniques and materials to make your dental experience the most positive and satisfying you have ever received. Her desire to help her patients achieve health is what continues to fuel her passion for Dentistry. Beyond her dental degree, Dr. Caroline has further studied all aspects of general dentistry. She looks forward to providing her patients with dental care that is preventive in nature, evidence-based, and minimally-invasive at every opportunity.
One of Dr. Caroline’s greatest desires is to offer her dental services to those patients who have limited or no access to dental care. She volunteers her time at the Dental Outreach of Red Deer (DOoR) clinic in Red Deer, and is pursuing opportunities to complete dental mission trips. She, along with four of the team, completed a memorable mission trip to Chisec, Guatemala in February 2018.
In her time away from the office, Dr. Caroline enjoys many varied outdoor pursuits, sports and travelling. She is a theatre- and movie-lover, budding Flamenco dancer, calligrapher, and student of languages, most recently Russian. You may also find her cheering on her “Roughriders”!
Dr. Caroline is married to her husband Scott, and alongside him, enjoys balance in her life in the company of family, good friends, and the community at large.
